From top of funnel marketing to enrollment, I created a fully digital experience for IHG franchisees. What used to be a lengthy enrollment process requiring significant support from sales and relationship managers, was reduced to a quick online form process, bringing the enrollment process timeline from a month to a matter of days.




Email Marketing
I spearheaded a successful email marketing demand generation campaign that boosted engagement and drove measurable results. By leveraging A/B testing, I optimized visually compelling email designs that resonated with each audience segment. The campaign incorporated clear calls to action and strategic subject lines to optimize open and conversion rates.
