Walmart's entry into selling POS
Leading design for the launch of a first of its kind offering to small businesses by Walmart.
Through Fiserv & Clover, I had the pleasure of partnering with Walmart to craft digital experiences for marketing and selling POS systems under Walmart's brand. I led a small team that designed, built, and launched the offering in 90 days. I was a part of the relationship management and negotiation with Walmart for over a year to bring this initiative to life.

Multiple ways to connect with sales
Each small business prefers a different method of engagement. I crafted optionality into the digital experiences that allowed for prospective clients to communicate over the phone, schedule a call, schedule a business visit, or leverage an AI chatbot.





eCommerce for a leading eCommerce company
With Walmart's leadership in the eCommerce space, it was essential to align eCommerce experiences to allow small businesses to quickly get what they need.



Site Design
The site was designed to move visitors along the funnel and learn about the offering best suited to their business. Following Walmart's brand guidelines, I crafted an experience that was on brand. Careful attention was given to ADA compliance to ensure the WCAG AA standard was upheld.
